		<description>I agree with my wife (surprise!).  The extra "oomph" should come from your brain commanding your body what to do, not from something external you've ingested.  It's one thing to take a food supplement for nutrition, and something else entirely to take something that's going to change the way your body processes/expends energy.  (Barry Bonds and Mark McGuire, I'm looking in your direction.)  That's going to be a temporary solution, at best.

When you're working out and your body wants to quit but your brain knows you should keep going, consider which one is in charge here.  Your brain can make your body keep going despite the pain/fatigue.  Train your brain to do that, is my advice.</description>
