		<description>The best part about de-toxing yourself from caffeine is when you do need a caffeine boost to keep yourself awake, one can of Mountain Dew does the trick.  Much easier to be productive when you're not drinking 64 oz of diuretic liquid at a time (and suffering the consequences)!</description>

		<description>Good job! I still have a cup of coffee each morning, but I balance that by drinking approx 100 oz of water a day. While some caffeine isn't bad, and has had some health benefits, you were drinking WAY to much! Glad to see the "detox" is going well.

Art and I are probably going to go hiking Memorial Day weekend. Won't be the same with out Donk there. ;-) We need to plan a hiking trip!</description>
