I have been trying to grow the habit of meditating to start my day. The truth is I use a simple meditation to help me fall asleep at night, but I haven’t yet built it into a daily habit to start my day. This TEDx talk by Judson Brewer is fascinating and very good at highlighting the importance of mindfulness outside of meditation and just as a facet in the core of our daily life as a way to combat bad habits.
