BREAKING: We just filed an official plea with the DOJ to prosecute Abbott and DeSantis for violating Section 274(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act which makes it a federal crime to transport undocumented persons across state lines. ????
Yeah, DeSantis is a huge asshole. But this sort of thing is exactly what he wants to build his martyrdom quotient before the election. Driving further the overreach of federal government, etc.
