WordleBot got smarter
I still do Wordle everyday and usually I like to check what they think of how I did thanks to Wordlebot. This morning I noticed it had a new feature to look at my recent results and not just that day's. Not a huge improvement, but nice to have a history feature for looking back at my past Wordles finally.

Wordle to be linked with NYT account
I'm excited they're finally making this change. I already pay it for crossword access, and this means I can do my daily Wordle on my laptop or my phone.

The intro is a bit long, but once he gets going, I quite enjoyed playing along as he took this 21 custom wordle challenge.

Wordlebot
I'm still playing Wordle. This week NYT rolled out Wordle Bot which is a little script they run over your Wordle page and it evaluates and commentates on your word picks. It's interesting, not overly useful, but interesting.
One thing I found interesting is that it points out how many potential answers remain after each word you enter. I've never thought about my word choices from the "What eliminates the most possibilities?" angle. Probably because I'm not a computer. I don't look at the game and start listing possible answers. My heuristic for word choice is usually based around using the most common letters, namely vowels (and honestly, Wheel of Fortune's R S T L N E is a go-to for me.) But it is interesting to see how Wordlebot breaks down your guesses.
I still wish NYT would integrate your Wordle scores into your NYT account so I'd have portability of it and not be limited to doing it on my phone. Granted, I would do it there 90%+ of the time if I had the portability, but it would still be nice to be able to switch over and do it on the laptop sometimes.
Got today's Wordle in four by the way and Wordlebot was very impressed.

Doing the morning Wordle is one of my earliest activities of the day. And man does it annoy me when my still-tired brain isn't fully engaged and I make a guess which can't possibly be right. For example when I guess a word which has a letter in a position which has already been eliminated. Sure, sometimes I'm stuck and I'll make a guess just go try and gain some more letter information, knowing it can't be the final answer. But I do that purposefully, versus the gaff of doing it accidentally.

My Daily Games
Been thinking about doing this for a while, but I do a fair number of mini games as part of my daily habits. I'm going to start collecting the results here. I might build out a more robust tool for it, but for now, this will do.
